Robtricia “Trish” Wero is of the Near the Water clan – Tó’ahaní and born for Tree Clamp people – Tsin Sikaadnii. Mrs. Wero is originally from the Beclabito, New Mexico/Teec Nos Pos, Arizona area located in the Northern Navajo Shiprock Agency of the Navajo Reservation. Trish has been employed with DCRM since 2019 and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Since being employed, Trish has gained tremendous experience about the archaeological field and the process of cultural resources management on the Navajo reservation, BLM Lands and State Lands.
Trish currently resides in the Huerfano Chapter area in the Eastern Navajo Agency. Her hobbies include painting, drawing, reading, gaming, and doing various outdoor pursuits (hiking, fishing, camping, etc.) with her spouse and their two dogs (Lola and Maggie).
